Membership Payments

  • All payments made to TeamSponsorHub are non-refundable.

  • Memberships may be cancelled at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for payments already made, including partial periods.

  • If a monthly membership payment has been processed and you then choose to cancel, the cancellation will take effect for future billing cycles only.

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable, as they are offered at a discounted rate compared to paying monthly.

TeamSponsorHub provides access to sponsorship opportunities, platform services, and coordination from the moment a membership becomes active. As these services and access are made available immediately, refunds are not offered once payment has been processed.

Sponsorship Payments

​

  • TeamSponsorHub does not collect, hold, or manage sponsorship funds.

  • Sponsorship payments are made directly between sponsors and clubs.

  • Any refunds or disputes relating to sponsorship payments must be resolved directly between the sponsor and the club involved.
