If a monthly membership payment has been processed and you then choose to cancel, the cancellation will take effect for future billing cycles only.

Annual memberships are non-refundable, as they are offered at a discounted rate compared to paying monthly.

TeamSponsorHub provides access to sponsorship opportunities, platform services, and coordination from the moment a membership becomes active. As these services and access are made available immediately, refunds are not offered once payment has been processed.

Sponsorship payments are made directly between sponsors and clubs.

Any refunds or disputes relating to sponsorship payments must be resolved directly between the sponsor and the club involved.
