These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the TeamSponsorHub website, including sports clubs (“Clubs”) and businesses (“Sponsors”). By using this website, submitting forms, or entering into a membership or sponsorship commitment, you agree to these Terms.

1. About TeamSponsorHub

​

TeamSponsorHub is a coordination and access platform that connects grassroots sports clubs with businesses willing to provide sponsorship support. TeamSponsorHub does not act as an agent, broker, or financial intermediary and does not collect or handle sponsorship funds.

2. Role of TeamSponsorHub

​

• TeamSponsorHub provides access to sponsorship opportunities and coordinates introductions between Clubs and Sponsors.

• TeamSponsorHub does not guarantee sponsorship placement, exclusivity, or outcomes.

• Sponsorship opportunities are organised with relevance and locality in mind where possible, but exact placement cannot be guaranteed.

• TeamSponsorHub does not take commission from sponsorship funds.

3. Sponsorship Payments

​

• All sponsorship payments are made directly between Sponsors and Clubs.

• TeamSponsorHub does not receive, hold, manage, or distribute sponsorship funds.

• Sponsors are responsible for making payments as agreed with Clubs.

• Clubs are responsible for issuing invoices, receipts, or confirmations where required.

4. Sponsor Commitments

​

• Sponsors submitting a sponsorship commitment confirm that the budget provided is genuine and intended for grassroots sponsorship.

• Sponsorship budgets may be allocated across multiple teams or clubs unless otherwise agreed.

• Sponsorship opportunities may arise at varying times depending on club demand.

• TeamSponsorHub is not liable if a Sponsor’s full committed budget is not allocated immediately or within a specific timeframe.

• Minimum commitment of £200

5. Club Memberships

​

• Clubs may join TeamSponsorHub through paid memberships.

• Memberships grant access to sponsorship opportunities for the number of teams or age groups stated in the selected membership.

• Memberships are valid for one sport only (e.g. Rugby, Football, Cricket). Clubs operating multiple sports must hold separate memberships for each.

• Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time.

• Annual memberships are non-refundable once active unless otherwise stated.

6. No Guarantee of Sponsorship

​

• TeamSponsorHub does not guarantee that a Club will receive a specific number of sponsors or sponsorship value.

• Sponsorship outcomes depend on availability, suitability, and Sponsor commitments at the time opportunities arise.

7. Use of Logos and Branding

​

• Sponsors grant TeamSponsorHub permission to display their logo on the TeamSponsorHub website and sponsor listings.

• Clubs grant permission for TeamSponsorHub to reference club names and sponsorship opportunities for coordination purposes.

• Logos will only be used for sponsorship-related promotion and platform visibility.

8. Priority Placement & Promotions

​

• TeamSponsorHub may offer optional paid services such as priority placement or featured listings.

• Priority placement does not guarantee sponsorship allocation but increases visibility.

• Promotional offers (such as homepage logo placement for early sponsors) are time-limited and subject to availability.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

​

• Personal and business data is collected solely for the purpose of operating TeamSponsorHub.

• Data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of sponsorship coordination.

• Full details are outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

​

• TeamSponsorHub is not liable for disputes between Clubs and Sponsors.

• TeamSponsorHub is not responsible for sponsorship fulfilment, logo placement accuracy, or club performance.

• Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Termination

​

• TeamSponsorHub reserves the right to suspend or remove users who misuse the platform or provide misleading information.

• Clubs or Sponsors may stop using the platform at any time, subject to active membership terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

​

TeamSponsorHub may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
